Are you located on the seaside?

Yes, just the time to cross the road and step onto the beach.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The room keys are delivered upon your arrival and before 2 pm. The rooms must be left before 10 am on checkout day in order to have time to make them ready for the upcoming guests. On demand, if available, you can leave your room later in the afternoon paying a little extra. If you want to enjoy your last day on the beach, we will make our luggage deposit available for you.

When is mealtime?

The Super Breakfast Buffet is served between 7:30 and 10:00 am

Buffet lunch at the Infinity Restaurant is served between 12:30 am and 1:30 pm

Dinner at the Infinity Restaurant is served between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm

Some evenings are dedicated to discovering traditional cuisine, other to world food cultures, with a generous buffet service.

Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel has a free guarded car park, located at a 500 m distance from the hotel. If you want to park in the hotel, the price will be 15,00 € a day.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi connection is available everywhere in the hotel and is free for our guests.

Tourist Tax?

No tourist tax is due in Bellaria Igea Marina!

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we do accept small-sized pets (maximum 10 kg), provided they are used to live indoors and do not disturb other guests, nor cause damage to any furniture. They are allowed to access common areas and the beach, yet they are not allowed in the Restaurant and in the swimming pool area. An extra fee is due for pets, 10€ /day for extra care and cleaning.

Do you offer bikes?

Yes, we do offer bikes. They are adult size, and they are free for our guests (we also have baby/child seats).

Do you offer beach towels?

Yes, we offer them for free when booking beach service. We change them twice a week and request a 10€ deposit, which we then give back to you when checking out.

How can I pay?

We accept Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, Mastercard, Cartasì payments (no American Express nor Diners) and cash payments (within the legal amount), we do not accept cheques. To avoid delays and problems with cards upon check-out, we invite you to pay a few days before leaving.

Is there a fixed day for checking in or checking out?

No, there is not. You can check in and out when you prefer.

Sun umbrellas and loungers?

When buying the beach service, you will have a sun umbrella and 2 loungers per room, starting from the 3rd row in the bathing establishment in front of the hotel.

If you would like to have a place in the 1st or 2nd row, you can contact the bathing attendant.

I have a baby: how can I get organized?

For babies, we can offer you: cot, side bed rails, wash basin, night light, highchair at the restaurant.

Is a dress code required to access the restaurant?

The required dress code to access the Infinity Hotel Restaurant is elegant casual. For our Gentlemen guests no t-shirt nor tank top is allowed.

What happens if, due to personal reasons, I cannot come for my holiday?

You can purchase an insurance policy for your trip or to get your deposit back with Allianz Assicurazioni by clicking the link you can find on the bottom right on our homepage, or just by CLICKING HERE.

When does my stay start?

Half-board stays start with dinner and end with breakfast on checkout day.

Full-board stays start with lunch and end with breakfast on checkout day.

Is there any baby-club or kids entertainment service?

Not in the hotel, yet there is a playground on the beach in front of the hotel.

What if I have specific food requirements?

For specific food requirements, we have vegetarian solutions and single-serve solutions for intolerances, as well as specific products for lunch and dinner.

We have no certified gluten-free nor certified allergen-free cuisine.

How can I get my booking confirmed?

For all bookings in low-season times, a credit card is required.

In the time between June and September, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required, to be paid with bank transfer or credit card. Settlement during your stay.

What are your cancellation terms?

Our cancellation policy changes depending on the booked period and it is indicated in detail in the booking confirmation we will send you.

Can I book a non-smoker room?

All hotel rooms are non-smoker. Guests are only allowed to smoke on their room balconies.

Can you guarantee you can meet my specific requirements in terms of room position?

We will do our best to meet our guests’ requirements, therefore we will take note of any requests you might have. It is however not possible to guarantee the room position neither orally not in writing.

Which languages are spoken at the reception desk?

English, French, German.

How can I reach the hotel from the nearest motorway tollgate?

Our hotel is only 8,1 km from the Rimini Nord motorway tollgate, if you want to see the route, just CLICK HERE.

How can I reach the hotel by train or by flight?

The Igea Marina train station is just 800 m from the hotel, it is just a few minutes’ walk.

The nearest airports are Federico Fellini in Rimini/San Marino, Luigi Ridolfi in Forlì and Guglielmo Marconi in Bologna.

Do you offer transfer service to/from the airport/train station?

Yes, on demand. It is a service we offer for a fee. You just need to tell us the date and time of your arrival/departure, the airport and flight number. The person in charge for transport will pick you up and take you there. Same thing for the return hotel-airport

Does the hotel offer a laundry service for guests?

Yes, we use an external laundry service, and it is for a fee. Alternatively, you will find a launderette 800 m from the hotel, where you can wash and dry your clothes yourself.

Do you have any rooms with no architectural barriers?

Yes, the rooms for disabled people are Comfort Superior rooms and all environments are very spacious, also the bathroom.
